Legal Notice – Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
Payments
Failure or delay in payment of the deposit or full balance may be deemed a unilateral cancellation by the client and shall be subject to contractual penalties.
Payment for the activity can be made either by bank transfer in advance 50%, or in cash on the day of the activity.
Cancellation by the client
Cancellations must be notified in a verifiable manner by registered mail or email to gomerabienestar@gmail-com. The date of receipt shall be deemed the effective cancellation date.
Day trips
● Cancellation ≥ 48 hours: 100 % refund.
● Cancellation < 48 hours: 50 % refund.
Cancellation by Gomera Bienestar
Force majeure events (Including but not limited to natural disasters, official weather alerts, serious safety risks, or guide unavailability without a qualified replacement):
● Full refund of all amounts paid.
